JUAN GIL PLATA

Gil Family
Gil Family

The big brother of the family, this wine is made from Monastrell grapes grown in old vineyards with low yields, planted in limestone and chalky soils. It has a deep purple-black color and bursts with aromas of ripe currant, red berries, and smoky notes. It’s rich and powerful at first sip, silky and juicy in the middle, with excellent length and persistence. The finish is long, spicy, and well-balanced, with toasted notes from the French oak.
