VinificationFermentation is carried out separately for each part of the vineyard for 10–12 days in an 8,000-litre tank with controlled temperature, with manual pump-overs. The wine is racked by gravity. Ageing takes place in French oak barrels for 12–18 months for the individual varieties, followed by blending and further ageing for 20 months. The wine is then refined in a tank for 15 months before bottling.

Vintage 2018 · the year

A rainy spring and mild summer extended the cycle, delaying harvest. Yields were moderate, and the wines are fresh and balanced, with moderate alcohol, fine aromatics, and good ageing capacity.
