VinificationSkin maceration at low temperature for 4 hours, followed by draining the tank to obtain the highest-quality must. Static clarification using cold. Alcoholic fermentation in 225 L French oak barrels; the wine is aged for 2–3 months in barrels. Once the base wine is obtained and the tirage is done, the second fermentation occurs in the bottle, followed by ageing in horizontal position for a minimum of 48 months in underground cellars. No sugar is added during disgorging — a Cava Brut Nature Gran Reserva without added sugars.

Vintage 2018 · the year

A warm, dry year with spring frost that reduced yields. Summer heat advanced ripening, leading to an early harvest. Wines are concentrated, with ripe tannins and lower acidity, showing power but less freshness than cooler years.

Farming
We believe healthy soils and biodiversity are essential for producing grapes of the highest quality. We avoid the use of chemical pesticides, herbicides, or synthetic fertilizers, and instead work with natural composts, cover crops, and careful canopy management. Our team monitors each parcel closely, adapting our practices to the soil, the vines, and the climate in each vintage.
