Al Raso
Blanc de Noirs — naked Garnacha, free from the intervention of ageing; fresh, vibrant and sincere. A different expression of Grenache: tasty, vibrant, with a marked acidity that makes the aromas linger in the mouth and the longevity of the wine.

In the glass.
A rainy, warm autumn was followed by a dry winter with little snow. Spring began with heavy rain but ended dry and warm, leading into a hot summer marked by fires and halted ripening. September rains revived the generous clusters, preserving the juice and granite freshness within. A bright, Mediterranean vintage — immediate, expressive, and full of vibrant energy.
At the table.
Tested at our own service. Works particularly well with white fish · poultry · shellfish.
Open 30 minutes before service. Decant for younger vintages. Avoid over-chilling — serve closer to the warmer end of the recommended range when paired with richer dishes.

We don’t follow trends. Biodynamic practices, natural cover crops, and ancestral methods are not part of a marketing story — it’s simply how they understand the vineyard and life itself.
