Vereda de las Tórdigas
Violet candies, raspberries, cherry, and hints of phosphorus and graphite. Elegant tannins and structure. Fine presence from the foudre ageing and well-integrated acidity, due to elaboration in concrete and mud from their centenary amphoras.

In the glass.
Warm winter causing very early budding. Very wet spring, with great vigour. Mild summer led to a long harvest. A fresh vintage of excellent quality.
At the table.
Tested at our own service. Works particularly well with beef · lamb · game · cheese.
Open 30 minutes before service. Decant for younger vintages. Avoid over-chilling — serve closer to the warmer end of the recommended range when paired with richer dishes.

We don’t follow trends. Biodynamic practices, natural cover crops, and ancestral methods are not part of a marketing story — it’s simply how they understand the vineyard and life itself.
