La Quebrá
The unique expression of the Garnacha’s full potential. Very complex expression — floral, spiced, long and intense, with a marked mineral character and a present balsamic sensation.

In the glass.
A fresh vintage with high rainfall, especially before the harvest, which resulted in fluid and sapid wines with great acidity and a marked tendency towards reduction, making them great for ageing.
At the table.
Tested at our own service. Works particularly well with beef · lamb · game · cheese.
Open 30 minutes before service. Decant for younger vintages. Avoid over-chilling — serve closer to the warmer end of the recommended range when paired with richer dishes.

We don’t follow trends. Biodynamic practices, natural cover crops, and ancestral methods are not part of a marketing story — it’s simply how they understand the vineyard and life itself.
